| Always a pleasure going to Dr. Buchan's office. Staff is friendly, yet professional, and I never wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Nancy, the hygienist, is great. She is so nice and my cleanings are painless! All in all, a pleasant experience. |

| Dr. Buchan and Staff are always warm and friendly during my visits. I especially appreciate Dr. Buchan's interactive dialogue to let you know when and what he is doing, and checking on how you are doing during the procedures. Also I like the Email reminders for upcoming visits, with the ability to have convenient two way communication with the office and Dr. Buchan. |

| It is so hard to find a great dentist that I was traveling to Los Alamitos for ten years. I am so grateful that Dr. Buchan and his staff exceeds my former dentist and is right here in San Clemente. Digital x-rays and how they assist in your evaluation is amazing and state-of-the-art. Completely caring staff is just icing. |

| It has been almost 5 years since I have seen the dentist so I was a little anxious. Dr. Buchan's office was so accomodating and nice. From when I first setup my appointment, I was put on a call list in case an appointment came up sooner and they called me EVERY time they had a cancellation! My cleaning was PAIN free and very comfortable, Collette put me at ease by explaining everything to me. Dr. Buchan was thorough and answered all of my questions. A great staff who really cares about their clients, finally I am not so anxious to go to the dentist! |

I was greeted by the receptionist and hardly sat down when the hygienist called me for my appointment. Nancy is the gentlest hygienist I've ever been to. She gets the job done without pain! Thank you, Nancy. I love that I was able to watch TV from the chair too. That was a nice distraction. Dr. Buchan has great chairside manners. I am going back to him for my next check up and referring all my friends!

Great Dental Facility. I was greeted right when I walked in the door with no wait!...my dental hygienist was clear with all the procedures and helpful with the questions I had. It was the qqqbest cleaning I have had in years. Dr. Buchan was excellent, friendly and professional a perfect combo! Overall, I had a great first visit and I look forward to coming back for my next visit...which is great because don't most people dread going to the dentist? :)

| While the news was not good for me in that I needed more work then I thought, the staff and Dr. were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with the sophistication of the equipment and comfort of the experience. They even had TV in each room so you could focus on something else than the work being done in your mouth. Dr. Dave is a kind and compassionate man who knows his stuff! |
