definitely some of the most pain free dental work I've ever had. And I can tell that they don't oversell dentistry. I've had experiences with being pushed the latest cosmetic approaches as the only option, with no regard for expense or longevity of the material. I didn't get that at all. Dr. Buchan is my third dentist, my first being my own father. I'm as comfortable with him as I was my dad. In fact, even more so since dad didn't baby me in the dental chair at all! I've never had someone be so watchful of my comfort in the chair.

It's a great office. I can always get in and I love seeing everyone who works there. With five family members we are family there because we visit the office so often. Dr. Buchan is gentle and quick and always friendly. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. When I walk in everyone who may be around says hello! The hygienists are tops!

The staff treated my toothache with the highest priority (which I was not expecting). They rearranged appointments so I can come in and get my tooth fixed. Also the doctor stayed after office hours to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated the service from both the staff and doctor! :)

Always a pleasure going to Dr. Buchan's office. Staff is friendly, yet professional, and I never wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Nancy, the hygienist, is great. She is so nice and my cleanings are painless! All in all, a pleasant experience.
